As one of Next Gen USA's, co-Founders, Tony oversees the Next Gen USA management team and is responsible for the strategic growth and expansion of the Next Gen USA model. Tony has amassed over 25 years of professional experience in developing programs that inspire positive youth development through soccer. He founded both the Starfinder Foundation and the Urban Soccer Collaborative, and has worked across the globe to bring together organizations and entities that share an affinity for social investment and community change.

Technical Director

An accomplished footballer in his youth, Jeff Bookman has been a lifelong participant in the Beautiful Game. His journey began in his native England where he played for Arsenal and Chelsea on their youth and reserve teams, respectively. At 18, Jeff was appointed captain of the Under 18 England Schoolboys Team which represented the Three Lions in various tournaments abroad. His passion for coaching led him to a level 1 and 2 badge from the English FA and later an A license from UEFA. Shortly thereafter, he integrated into the Youth Academy at Chelsea FC where he spent 12 years as the Head Coach of the Under 13 Academy Team and led the club's international youth technical development program as well. In addition to co-founding Next Gen USA, Jeff is also the founder of and The David Beckham Academy in London.

Chief Advancement Officer

Doug leads all programs and efforts to drive Next Gen USA's revenue-generation efforts, which includes sponsorships and contributions of non-investment revenue. He has more than 25 years of applied management, marketing and business development as well as fundraising expertise. He has served as an executive in corporate and non-profit sectors. As a fundraiser, he has successfully secured over $155 million in corporate and private foundation grants, major gifts and planned donations as well as government contract awards. In addition, Doug also has significant experience in managing grant programs and community development projects in the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe.
