Congratulations! Next Gen USA is delighted that you have been selected to participate in the Next Gen Select Squad trip to Holland where you will play in the prestigious Alkmaar Academy Cup.
This event will provide you with an excellent opportunity to match both your ability and professionalism by playing against some of Europe's finest youth academies
Minimum of 5 Tournament Matches plus warm-up games
Tuesday 5th June - Depart for Holland
Wednesday 6th June - Arrival of Teams
Thursday 7th June - Welcome Ceremony and Classification Games
Friday 8th June - Classification Round Games
Saturday 9th June - Play-off games
Sunday 10th June - Morning Play-off games and Finals / Consolation Game. Depart back to USA
Monday 11 June - Arrival back to USA
We will provide you with specific details for flight arrangements, drop off and pick up times once we have a clear understanding of where players are traveling from, as we will try to make it as convenient as possible for you.
To further enhance the experience for the players, we will be staying at a hotel provided by the tournament. We will forward to parents the name, address and telephone number of our hotel as soon as it is assigned to us.
We have over 25 years of experience organizing and running international trips. Our Next Gen delegation will include Next Gen Development Directors, Next Gen staff and guest international coaches.
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner will be provided.
In order to better develop the self-responsibility and maturity of the players, this trip will be for players only. Parents are welcome to travel to watch the matches but must secure separate ground/air transport as well as separate lodging. This is done because we are working to better prepare players for potential U.S. National Team Programs, Professional Club travel and future College preparation.
Players are permitted to travel with cell phones and will be asked to contact parents once we land in Holland and continually until we arrive back in the U.S.

The cost of the tour is $3,495 per player, which includes flights *(from NY/NJ airports), accommodation, meals, ground transportation, training & tournament etc.
Players will need limited spending money for expenses such as any sightseeing event, phone calls, beverages, souvenirs etc. A cultural visit to Amsterdam is on the itinerary . Travel/Medical Insurance is the responsibility of each family.
* Final costs may vary for players selected from States that do not border or are in close proximity to NJ & NY airports. We will provide specific details for flight arrangements, drop off and pick up times. We are trying to make it as convenient as possible for our families while holding true to our core values.

In order to travel all players must have their own passport. If you already have a passport please check it’s expiration date. Passport must be valid three months beyond the length of stay and issued within the past 10 years. If you do not currently have a passport please start this process immediately.

Alkmaar Academy Cup Select SQUAD Registration Form
NOTE: When entering the player's name, please verify the spelling of the name is exactly as it appears on their passport.
PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS: Players passport's must be valid for three months beyond the length of stay and issued within the past 10 years. Please verify your daughter's passport expiration date.
You will need to "Submit" the PLAYER FORM above first before proceeding to the payment section below.
Once you have completed and submitted the player form, please proceed to submit your deposit for the 2018 Alkmaar Academy Cup Select Squad traveling on June 5th, 2018. Initial deposit of $895 is required to reserve your spot upon registration.
